I am a qualified Social Worker, I have worked with children and adults for over 20 years. I have experience with individuals who have learning disabilities, autism, dementia and Alzheimer's. I was employed as a nursing auxiliary, I acquired nursing skills during that time. I understand that it is important to promote independence, show respect and regard for individual, whilst promoting their independence. I am able to work alone and make appropriate decisions when necessary. My Pc has crashed and I am using a friends my CV is on my PC I will forward to you asap
