I have been working in the care industry now for about 14 years support and assisting people with various physical and mental health challenges to live as independently as possible. During this period I have been able to acquire a lot of knowledge through thorough supervisions and related training courses and programs.
I have also got a stint in social care management having worked at management level at various times; hence I am familiar with the basic legislations, policies and procedures associated with supporting and assisting vulnerable people within their own homes or in a supported housing or communal setting.
