I am single with no dependants which makes it rather easy to be available for work and for travel which is what I do when I am not working. I was born in the UK but grew up and worked in South Africa. Prior to working in care, I worked at Sotheby's in South Africa for many years, dealing with high-end real estate. I love the great outdoors and love to travel to exotic destinations. I love all animals and enjoy cooking good traditional meals. I am a non-smoker and although I do drive I am currently in the process of applying for my UK Driving licence and unable to drive in the UK at present.
In the last few years, I have gained a great wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of Alzheimers and advanced dementia as my time has been totally devoted to the illness.
