I will describe myself as reliable, confident and competent in my line of work as a carer. I am a thoughtful person who seeks to help others live a fulfilling life irrespective of their health or situations. Compassion and empathy have been a driven force in my carrier as a carer and I thrive to ensure it’s ethical values remains my goal. I am a mature, positive and hardworking individual, who always strives to provide the highest standard of care to people I work with. I have the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and their families. I have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care and training qualifications needed as a carer. I have 5 years’ experience as a live-in carer and 13 years as working with adult and children service with Manchester City Council.

I understand how important it is to provide personal and practical care for vulnerable people with a wide range of illnesses and disabilities. I worked to improve people standard of living and to help promote their independent. I like to take new challenges and to learn new skills as well as transferring my acquired skill for a positive outcome.
