I am a very positive person and enthusiastic about my job, always aiming to make a difference. I have worked extensively with various vulnerable clients groups such as people with mental health, the elderly frail people, physical and learning difficulties and disabilities. My duties are based on person centred approach. I understand the importance of providing care/support to the vulnerable as it is a value we must uphold and achieve in life- 'to live a dignified life to the end'. As such I believe I am one of those who respects these values and in order to achieve this, I always ensure that I maintain the good practices of principles of care and not lose sight of the equality and diversity of all while I carry out my day jobs.
