I am hard working person who has a vast amount of customer service experience in different industries. I have gained excellent experience at building relationships with customers, assisting with queries and issues and have a good rapport with both customers and colleagues in my experience within both the Restaurant industry and in my role at the Care home. I am adept at managing different situations and can remain calm and in control whilst dealing with the most urgent or difficult situation.
I studied in the UK and all my previous roles in the UK have been primarily working with English speakers and I am used to dealing with customer service in person, over the telephone, or by email in English. I am fluent in Chinese Mandarin and my written and spoken English is very good.
