I'm working as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities in 24 hours supported livein homes. I'm a very inthusiastic person a very hard working person and independent but can work as part of a team. I'm not afraid of challenges but work reasonably without putting anyone at risk. I understand about equality and respect other people's culture norms and values. I like learning about new things and doing training. I offer my duties to those who are not capable but not stealing their independence. I'm always punctual and can offer my extra time when needed. I can work anywhere in England
