My interests are Social Science and Pyschology, both studied at university level. I did study Person-centred counselling. So I am very aware of psychological conditions and a good listener.
I have an interest in nutrition, and love to create meals which are healthy and healing. I believe food to be key in maintaining one's health, so I will always produce meals using fresh vegetables only and adding small amounts of animal protein if required.
