I would like to be considered for the above position as i am looking to further develop myself in the care industry. I have 4 years of experience as an assistant carer with one of the leading companies in Madrid, Spain.
Although highly satisfies with my current role i still feel there is room for me to develop my skills further and am excited by the prospect of leading a new team in a similar environment that i currently work in.
Finally, I feel I am an ideal candidate for this position as I consider myself as an excellent team player who have a pride in delivering exceptional result, strive for high performance that enable me to thrive and demonstrate my ability and always willing to learn.
