I have worked with adults with physical and learning disabilities, I have assisted young people with dyslexia and ADHD in Ottershaw C of E Primary school and also elderly people in a care home. This work was invaluable to me as it highlighted the importance of communication; it also helped me improve my patience and my initiative. As a result I have become more aware of my own values and beliefs whilst showing respect for all persons and their values, beliefs, cultures, goals, needs and preferences.
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.
