I have over 8 years experience in care industry, l have worked with people with various levels of abilities including, dementia, Parkinson’s, brain injury, learning and mental health in both elderly and children. I have been working as a live in carer for the past 3 years, being a live in carer gives me satisfaction of promoting independence and helping elderly people to stay at home with my support. I possess a developed person centred philosophy of support through innovative caring skills together with practical management skills.
