For a long time I worked in a hostel for young homeless people this was 24/7 cover doing sleepovers weekends etc.
Since Feb this year I have been working in home care, Whilst I am doing personal care for all the clients I have 1 client who has dementia that I sometimes work with 24/7 whilst the family are away on holiday or for work commitments
