i have worked in the care industry for over 7 years. Supporting clients with special needs across the spectrum. This could either be autism related, dementia, learning difficulty, elderly , just to name a few. Working as a team, planning and organising, using initiative in complex situation, good communication and reporting to senior, amongst others are some the skills i posses.The above attributes mentioned have been paramount in ensuring the people we support have the best services and ultimately a high standard of living.
