Dear Recruitment Manager,

I wish to apply for the position of Live in Carer. Please find enclosed my CV for your consideration.
For the past three years I have been employed as a Care Assistant working for a lovely elderly VIP lady, working in her own home.

I assisted with all personal care tasks- cooking, cleaning, shopping, helped with medication and administrative duties. I provided not only companionship but also peace of mind.
I am fully aware of the needs of the individual and the importance of team work. My strong verbal and written communication skills have been well utilised in these roles and I have also demonstrated solid organisational skills in my case management.

I am humorous, kind, respectful, loving, I am responsible and professional. I respect people’s needs, values and confidentiality, I have a caring and sympathetic attitude. I love to help and provide quality care, I am understanding of people’s needs and emotions, which I believe will serve me well as a carer.
