My name is Rumbie. I would like to consider myself as kind and compassionate as well as very reliable and hardworking. I have worked in health and social care for 11 years. I have worked in various settings; adult and childrens services, with individuals who had varying needs, that included, mental health illnesses, elderly care, palliative and complex care. I have earned invaluable experience over the years. I am adaptable to client needs and i am a quick learner. I am culturally competent and that enables me to meet individual needs in a person centred way.Having to look after someone for 24hours is no easy task and yet i so wish to meet the challenge, to make a difference to someone's life, however small or seemingly insignificant.
