Support work began as a career try-out that fortunately went well! I am an adaptable, conscientious, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with experience of implementing personal support plans which focus on the individual’s welfare, needs, wants and interests. I possess the ability to manage a challenging caseload (Autism, All types of mental disorders, learning disabilities, Asperger, downs syndrome), while staying calm and focused on giving a high standard of care and support to every client. I have learnt to constantly maintain and demonstrate a positive attitude towards clients, their families, staff, visitors and others.
