At present I am working as a Residential Support Worker. I work on a rota system which includes days, evenings, sleeps and weekends. I work with children and young people between the ages of 8 and 18 years with special needs including ADHD, ASD, PMLD.
I have worked in special schools for 24 years with children and young people between the ages of 2 and 19 with a wide range of special needs, including EBD, ASD, ADHD, SLD and PMLD.
I am a qualified NNEB and have recently completed my City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce - Children’s Social Care Pathway (QCF).
