I am James Armstrong 23 I have experience working in an independent hospital in a full time role with adults who are under the mental health act some patients also have learning disabilities , schizophrenia and personality disorder. The role as a support worker is to attend to the patients personal hygiene and to support and assist there daily activities weather that be a personal shopping trip or helping them cook . I also have experience working children with challenging behaviour. I enjoy working in caring industry as it's great job satisfaction helping others achieve there goals and making there life's enjoyable. I have my own home so I am able to looking after the up keep of a home and been able to cook to a high standard which is valuable when wanting work in live in carer role. My hobbies are the outdoors ,travelling and I do enjoy playing sports. I have a great level of patients with people and a good understanding of people's needs.
