I have 37 years experience in social care as a carer, trainer and manager. I have a BA,NVQ level 4 in Leadership & Management & Teachers Certificate. I have managed a home care company which also provided live in carers who I supervised. I have hands on experience as a carer and management experience with terminally ill adults and children, people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, dementia, special needs children, main stream children and as a home carer. I have worked in peoples own home, residential units, special schools, daycentres and community projects.
I am keen to work with someone in their own home, providing them directly with whatever their care needs may be. I enjoy this work, am hard working, fun determined, organised and caring
