As a very experienced care worker, I'm very competent and knowledgeable to deliver complete care to my patients,and can give them the best care,observe them for ays possible health or general deterion in their condition,can take initiation to observe and check observations and refer them to the doctor and to give full report of my findings,stay with the patient and reasure him or her,also inform relatives of the same general conditional changes,and with no panicking. I always give re-assurance and keep patient informed and keep them comfortable at all times and document all care given to them.
