I provide live-in care for clients in their own home. I have provided live-in care for clients with Alzheimas, Dementia, Osteoporosis, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Parkinsons Desease, Spinal injury and Tetraplegic care. Ensuring that the client is able to live Independently and with dignity in his own home with attention to client safety being a priority. Preparing meals to client requirements, and general daily household duties and laundry undertaken as required. Administering or prompting medication. Assisting with All and any personal care requirements. Assisting and accompanying the client to all social engagements and outings. Accompanying and assisting the client to all medical appointments. Providing companionship at all times. Detailed daily administrative reporting of all activities including daily medication intake. All grocery shopping as and when required.
