As a carer of my late husband my responsibility is to give him help in good grooming such as help in shower, toilet, comb his hair changing clothes help to put socks and shoes on every day and night make sure he's clean before going to bed, cook food and feed him with proper food to make him full and enjoy my cooking. and the rest of the day do my domestic works like cleaning washing clothes, shopping and making an appointment to his GP.
