I would like to take this opportunity to expand upon my professional background,

Having successfully worked with children and families in a variety of settings with complex cases in the community, I demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all relevant social work legislation, best-practices and techniques required in bringing about positive outcomes..

I first began working with children in 1986 – having successfully completed a course of study for a certificate in Primary School Teaching. In this post, I was tasked with all aspects of education delivery, including having input into the formulation of lesson plans, defining targets and learning objectives and actually directly interacting with the children to personally assist with their intellectual, social and behavioural development.

Since then, I have embarked on a vast career encompassing many roles related to public service. This has involved social care duties as well as strictly education. I've been instrumental in the provision of support services to children in need, vulnerable adults and asylum seekers.

I completed studying for masters in Healthcare Management, which has equipped me with the knowledge and ability to take responsibility for overseeing service delivery in totality. Throughout my career I have contributed to resource allocation and directly supervised other staff, also offering input to senior management regarding opportunities for process improvement.

I possess well-developed skills, all of which are highly-transferable, allowing me to adapt to any working environment that requires the ability to council, ascertain needs, and implement appropriate courses of action.

I have strong communication skills, allowing me to liaise effectively with people at all levels of seniority, working with other agencies to ensure that adequate levels of care and service are provided successfully, whilst always working to best-practices and in accordance with regulations and guidelines.

Having an additional experience of nursing my own sister in her own home,I am therefore, seeking for a live in care job in your organisation, to allow me to continue utilising my skills and experience to make a measurable difference in somebody’s life who needs to be cared for..
