I am very interested in care assistant position. I have hands on experience as I looked after my deceased grandmamma whom suffered from Alzheimer disease, due to my experiences I have developed strong personal care skills for instance bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and ambulation, incontinence care, transferring, and feeding under the supervision of a registered nurse.
I am also well versed in meal planning, preparation and serving, housekeeping, laundry and medication reminders. Besides, I am able to efficiently give companionship to keep the clients engaged in routine life.
