As a Self-Employed Personal Assistant / Carer I draw on a broad range of experience, encompassing: Stroke, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Frailty, Mental Health, Parkinson's and Cerebral Palsy.

I have found I am best suited to working a rota of one 24 shift weekly, or two to three days alternate weeks, or one week in every four / six.

I have gained comprehensive understanding of how to assist whilst being respectful of personal autonomy and sense of self; providing consistent and thorough care to all levels of need, quality of life being paramount.

I feel I have the essential attributes for the role of a P.A/Carer: Empathy, practicality, conscientiousness, a sense of humour, and flexibility.
