I have been in the caring field for over 10 years and enjoy working with people. I have worked with different local authorities as well as private clients. I work in a person centred approach, I am flexible and adaptable to any situation. Qualities I feel I have gained from working diversely are the ability to encourage participation and monitor physical and mental state of clients, contacting appropriate services when required, such as meals on wheels, GP, families, district nurses etc. I also encourage tenants to retain their previous interests and to maintain independence.
