My name is Catherine Amy de Sousa and I come from Cape Town, South Africa. I have been doing Live-in Caring for Vulnerable Adults in the UK for 3 years with Induction Training being done with Christies Care in Saxmundham, Suffolk and subsequent Update Training each year with them too. I am naturally caring by nature and like looking after others, talking to them, cooking for them and generally making their lives happier and more enriched in the comfort of their own homes. I also like helping them to achieve independence and maintain their dignity. Where they have such hardships, that I can only imagine coping with, I try to bring as much cheerfulness and sunshine into their lives as I can.
