My name is Tania James. I am a 52 year old divorcee whose three children have grown up and are leading their own lives now. I own a house in Lincoln which is currently being rented out to a family member. I am trained in childcare but worked as a carer for Caring Companions on the Isle of Man for a time. I lived on the Isle of Man for 5 years, from 2004-2009. I mostly worked daylight hours but did sleep ins when the need arose. I helped service users with personal hygiene, shopping, light housework, cooking and provided companionship. I found the work hard at times as some service users were not easy to care for but it was very, very rewarding. I also helped care for my own mum until a care package was in place. I would like to work as a live in carer on the Isle of Man. I am flexible, caring and patient. I am also very willing to learn.
