I am applying for this position because I am a reliable individual who is extremely determined to succeed. Working as support assistant in hospitals in different departments has improved my communication skills and flexibility. It has also enhanced me as working as part of a team where I have to communicate with the nurses and doctors concerning the patients. I can also work independently and use my own initiative to make decisions. Such as following the handovers and making sure that the patients are checked every two hourly.
