I've enjoyed several years working as part of a team, helping support a small group of individuals who are profoundly deaf and autistic, with learning disabilities. I'm interested in the opportunity to focus on working with an individual on a one to on basis.
My colleagues say that I have a caring, sensitive and cheerful disposition. During my shifts I like to do spontaneous fun things to entertain the residents - for example - dancing around the house. At the same time, I ensure that all duties are done in a safe and timely manner.
