I am 39 year old male living in Birmingham. I am currently unemployed and looking for a living care job, i have no experience working as living carer but i am very familiar with the care and support industry. i have been working as a support worker for the last 4 years for a reputable company supporting adults over 55 who are living in their own homes to live independently. I supported this client group with access and advice on benefit matters, doctors appointments, shopping tasks, independant living skills and support to access leisure and education facilities. I was made redundant in january due to funding from the council.
