Hi there.
I hope this finds you well?. I have been registered with "Live in care .com.uk" for a short while now but, due to work commitments abroad etc...I have not been in a position to respond to interview/induction invites. I am now back in the U.K, and I am in a better position/location to do so.
I am friendly, outgoing and chatty. I would suit someone who would benefit from good conversation and I have a good SOH. Apart from my "caring" skills ( see above) I am an excellent cook( restaurant trained). I hold a clean U.K driving licence.
Ideally, I would like to be employed on a S/E basis though, I am open to suggestions My preferred work pattern would be 1/2 weeks on, with a few days break. Although I would consider being a "floater" whereby, I could be moved from one week to the next to cover sickness/holidays/emergency cover.
I believe, a good carer has empathy, and a understanding of the ageing process. And can "think on their feet" ie, "good common sense".
