Job Description

Looking for a female live-in carer to support an elderly male in Tadley, Basingstoke. He has Parkinson's and is mostly bed-bound. This will be ongoing. He is hoisted into an armchair each day, and there is an additional carer who will visit to support x3 times per day in the mornings, lunchtimes and evenings. He has a stoma, which will require managing. They are a lovely family, and he is very lucid and likes to be as independent as possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Meal preparation: he likes to feed himself
• Hoisting into an armchair: this will be daily for a few hours maximum
• Stoma management
• Body wash in the mornings
• Personal care
