Job Description

Private permanent live in carer wanted for a 91 year old lady living in Whitton near Twickenham. Client is 'pleasantly' confused living in the early stages of dementia. A naturally very anxious lady who requires patience reassurance and TLC. Also very deaf. Needs general help around the house; cooking, prompting to take medications and drink plenty of fluids and help with personal care. Needs companionship and a watchful eye to make sure she stays safe. Person needs to be good with people with dementia; not overpowering and willing to treat her like the lady of the house. Accomodation provided 7 days per week but hours and days of working can be flexible - happy to arrange something mutually beneficial if we found the right person. 5 minutes walk from station and high street, parking available - driver preferred but not essential.
