Job Description

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 year experience as a carer (more experienced preferred) 

• Full valid UK driving licence preferred 

• Full DBS 

• NVQ level 2 in health and social care 

• Experience with Alzheimer’s or Supranuclear Palsy 

Live in carer required to join a caring team for a lady with progressive Supranuclear Palsy. Experience of this or Alzheimer’s would be beneficial.  

The Carer needs to be able to take care of administration, shopping, cleaning, laundry, personal care (including, getting in and out of bed, dressing and undressing, bathing), meal preparation, medication prompting and taking to medical appointments. 

We’re looking for someone with a bubbly personality to act as both carer and companion, who enjoys music, cooking and baking and is ok with a regularly visiting dog.
