Live In Carer - Immediate Start

Home Instead Sale & Altrincham are looking for Live-In Care Assistants (CAREGivers) to start immediately .  

As a Live-In carer you will provide responsive companionship-led care and have experience of personal care, meal preparation & medication. You will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client up to £50 a day,  separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.  

We offer training in advance of your first Live In package with us so you feel fully prepared and supported in your role as a Live In carer. 

Along with Live In care packages we are keen to speak to anyone that is flexible in their hours and could potentially support with some daytime calls, overnight sleepovers, and waking nights.

Primary Responsibilities:                                                                          

• Our Live in Carers help our clients and their families meet the challenges of ageing with dignity, pride, care and compassion
• Provide companionship-based support and care
• Provide a variety of non-medical services such as meal preparation, hygiene and cleaning
• Our Live In Carers are sensitive to any house rules and mindful of a client's need for privacy.
• Our CAREGivers receive full training  and are fully supported everyday,  they know when to seek help and advice for their clients safety and wellbeing.
• Document daily activities and report any changes or causes for concern in a client’s needs or living conditions on our app.
• Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.

Full Training is provided  -  Qualifications are nice to have but not essential 

We will apply for an Enhanced DBS if you are not on the update service
