🌼 Live-In Care Assistant (5 Days On / 2 Days Off)

A kind and compassionate live-in care assistant is required to support a 60-year-old lady with cancer who is immobile and incontinent. The position is live-in, with 5 days on / 2 days off, providing personal care and companionship in a warm, supportive home.

💗 About the Role

• 5 days on / 2 days off rota

• Comfortable private room and all food provided

• Free time during the day while care is not needed

• Husband at home and supportive

• Must like dogs – friendly household pets are part of the family

• Light domestic duties only: vacuuming, dusting, laundry

• No meal preparation required

🧡 Main Responsibilities

• Personal care (washing, dressing, continence care)

• Assistance with mobility (lady is currently immobile)

• Providing companionship and reassurance

• Keeping living areas clean and tidy

• Liaising with family or healthcare professionals when necessary
