Live In Caretaker

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with one hour break unpaid

Belgravia, London SW1X

From £27,000 to £30,000 per annum – depending on experience

On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Live in Caretaker to work at a high-end residential block with 8 apartments in Belgravia area. You will be responsible for the control and security of the building to include delivery of post and newspapers and refuse removal as necessary and assistance for residents, contractors and deliveries. Other duties will include assisting residents in taking their shopping bags to their flats, daily cleaning of internal and external common areas and sidewalk in front of the building, weeding and horticulture of the courtyard (sweeping, weeding, watering plants when necessary) etc. Ideal for a single person or couple with no pets and with previous experience of working in a similar role, prior experience of delivering excellent customer service, good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation, proven ability to apply best practice in the use of all materials and equipment that is provided to carry out work, excellent communication skills, good IT skills.
