Caretaker

Live in Caretaker - Accomodation for 2 (Bills included) - 12 Month Contract - Part time - Immediate start

Our leading property management client has an exciting job opportunity in the heart of London, Kensington and are looking for a resident caretaker, based on a one year fixed term contract.

Immediate start available
£12.3k per year + 2 person apartment + all bills included
Stunning building to work in
Mon - Fri 8am - 1pm / Saturday 8am - 12pm
Excellent central london apartment

Duties include:

Maintain cleansiness of all communal areas
Deliver post and parcels to each relevant flat
Take rubbish bags from each flat and put in designated area
Liase with tradesmen/contractors that may be doing any work in the building
Ensure the No-Smoking policy is adhered to in the common parts of the building.
Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety procedures are adhered to within the common parts of the building
Ensure the common parts of the building are lit, and bulbs replaced as required
Be on hand for any requests from residents within the building Experience needed:

Previous caretaking experience
Customer service focusued
