What you can expect from us:

Excellent Rates of Pay

Rates for a single client start from around £100 to £130 per day.

This means for a monthly assignment you can earn up to £3640

Rates for a couple start from around £120 to £150 per day.

This means for a monthly assignment you can earn up to £4200

Accommodation and Food

During your assignment, you will be provided with accommodation and food. Also, an internet connection is provided free of use in most clients' homes.

Travel

This is capped up to the maximum of the daily rate.

For example, if your client is paying £100.00 per day then you will have up to this amount to get to your client and to return home from the client at the end of your assignment.

Travel by car is at the rate of 45p a mile. Up to the carer’s daily rate.

Overseas travel please speak to a member of the office.

Training

We can help advise you on subsidized courses that are recognized by the National Occupational Standards for the Social Care Sector.

Fast Track Application Process

We provide a fast-track application for Carers with experience, who have an up-to-date Manual Handling Certificate and a portable DBS (This means you joined the update service when you had your original DBS done).

Carer Incentive/Reward Program

This is for any carer who introduces a friend or other carer to us. Speak to one of our members in the office for more details.

Self Employed Advice

We also provide advice on being self-employed and registering with the HMRC. At present Self Employed have the benefit of having a tax-free Personal Allowance. The standard Personal Allowance for the Year 2021-2022 is £12,570, which is the amount of income you don’t have to pay tax on.

Shift and Work Flexibility

You will be able to work what shifts suit you, and who you would like to work with. We have assignments that are rotation and long term. You are free to accept or decline work from us.

What we expect from you:

Most importantly we want our carers to be empathetic and prepared to be good listeners and companions to our clients. 

You will preferably have previous experience in caring for clients in their own homes or have nursing experience and/or NVQ qualifications. However, if you are new to care and can demonstrate that you have the right qualities, we are looking for then we will be happy to hear from you.  

You are preferably able to commit to providing regular shifts to provide continuity of care. The ability to drive is advantageous, as is the ability to cook and carry out domestic housework duties.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
