We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and reliable Live-In Care Professional to join our team, supporting private clients in Westminster and the City of London on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.

This role is ideal for someone who values continuity, dignity and meaningful companionship — and who takes pride in delivering care properly.

About the Role

As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in the client’s home for two weeks at a time, providing personalised, one-to-one support that enables them to remain safely and happily in their own home.

You will be supporting private clients who expect high standards, discretion and genuine companionship.

Duties may include:

• Personal care and support with daily routines
• Medication support
• Mobility assistance and light exercise encouragement
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a tidy home
• Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Monitoring well-being and reporting any changes

What We Are Looking For

• Previous care experience
• A warm, calm and professional manner
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently with good judgement
• Reliability and commitment to a 2-week rota
• Right to work in the UK

Experience supporting clients with dementia or mobility needs is highly desirable.
