“I’ve worked in care before, but it was nothing like this. I love sharing those special moments with my clients. Sometimes there’s just a smile and I know, in that second, that I’ve made their world a better place”.
“Being a Country Cousin is about more than providing care for older people. Because you have time to spend with your clients, you become part of the community they live in. You get to know their families, friends and neighbours”.
Our Country Cousins
At Country Cousins you’ll be more than a carer. You’ll be a true friend and companion. Someone who can adapt with our client’s home life and provide all-round support that makes a positive difference in every way.
Being a Country Cousin is a very different kind of care role. We offer real flexibility for starters, so you choose the hours that you want to work. Being self-employed, you can spend as much time as you need with your clients too. You’ve the freedom to make a real difference to their lives.
A thoroughly professional approach is important, plus the ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of clients and their loved ones. You’ll also need some experience gained in a caring role, and a full UK driving license is desirable.
To be part of the family, please contact our dedicated Recruitment team on 0800 056 7183. Lines are open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
