It is not in my interest to have a carer who is tired. Therefore, for the health and safety of both of us, I try my best to allow my carer to manage her time and have enough rests between scheduled tasks, where possible and when needed.
I do not need constant attention. However, I cannot for my own safety guarantee an uninterrupted break of 2 hours after lunch, which one carer expected despite it not being in the agreement. I do not have the funding to cover this sort of uninterrupted break.
