Job Description

Our client, a lovely lady in her late 60's, is in need of a live-in carer to help her remain at home and continue to enjoy her active lifestyle. She lives in a lovely little duplex in Lingfield, Surrey.

Our client lives with her two dogs who she loves to take on walks with her each day. She suffers from Aphasia (which prevents her from clear speach) and also mixed dementia which is a prgressive illness that impacts her cognitive abilities.

She needs guidance and support around getting herself washed and dressed - (mainly how to get in and out of her shower cubicle and ensuring she doesnt get hands caught in the sleeves). Ensuring she and her pets have their meals on time and that her daily routine of going for walks and resting are all carried out.

Ideally we'd like to work on a monthly rotation with two care professionals working in tandem on a month on/off basis mainly to allow for care professionals time to settle into the job and build a rapport with client. - however we are willing to consider other options to accomodate the right care professionals
