Two Female Live-In Carers Required

We are looking for two female live-in carers to support a lovely lady living with Alzheimer’s dementia.

The ideal carers will be bubbly, cheerful, patient, and reassuring, with a genuine passion for providing person-centred care. Applicants must speak fluent English and be able to communicate clearly and confidently, as companionship, conversation, reassurance, and emotional support are essential parts of the role.

You will support the client with day-to-day tasks, including meal preparation, personal care, medication support, companionship, and reassurance.

This role requires two live-in carers, as the client experiences waking nights and may wake during the night needing support and reassurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Supporting with medication as required
• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Offering reassurance and emotional support
• Assisting with daily routines and household tasks
• Providing support during waking nights

Requirements

• Female carers required due to the client’s personal care needs
• Must speak fluent English and communicate clearly
• Experience supporting people living with dementia is desirable
• Must be kind, bubbly, patient, reliable, and reassuring
• Must be able to drive
• Must be self-employed
• Previous live-in care experience is preferred
