Experienced Live-in Care Assistants Wanted – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Are you an experienced, reliable Care Assistant looking for a rewarding live-in role where you can truly make a difference? Right at Home Portsmouth is a family-run, CQC Outstanding-rated homecare provider, and we’re seeking experienced Live-in Care Assistants to join our team.

About the role:
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their own homes, including:

• Personal care and support with daily living tasks
• Medication prompts and health monitoring
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in care is essential — HCA, Care Assistant, Support Worker, NHS, or similar roles
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed — live-in care requires consistency and professionalism
• Confident supporting clients with complex needs
• Comfortable with overnight sleep-in arrangements (you will have private space and rest periods)
• Driving is desirable but not essential
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Willing to travel for a 3-day induction training
