Job Description

This assignment will be quite straightforward and looking for someone who is able to work with a client who is bed-bound. See below the main points to note:

• Heavy encouragement to give her a wash and freshen up daily as she is sometimes reluctant to agree to this
• Can mobilise but is relunctant. She can get up and use the commode
• She sleeps with the back of her bed up slightly
• Food preparation, morning lunchtime and dinner
• Administer all medication
• All personal care as she has loose bowels and uses pull-up pads used 
• She watches TV most of the day and sleeps a lot
