Duties

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living activities, allowing them to maintain their independence within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

* Assisting with medication management.

* Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if necessary.

* Supporting mobility and physical activities.

* Offering companionship and emotional support.

* Performing light household duties, such as cleaning and laundry.

* Assisting with shopping and running errands.

* Monitoring the client’s health and well-being and reporting any changes.

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience as a Live-In Care Assistant or Carer is essential.

* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.

* Ability to work independently and take initiative.

* Flexibility to meet the varied needs of our clients.

* A valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
