Bluebird Care Lancaster and South Lakeland are currently seeking a highly motivated Live-In Carer to join our expanding team.

You will live with our customer in their property enabling and supporting them to maintain a safe, happy and dignified life in the place that they call home. You will support them in all aspects of their day-to-day living, including emotional wellbeing, personal care, mobility, assisting with medication and preparing meals to maintain a good quality of life. We endeavour to provide you with the training required to succeed in this role.

As a Live-In Carer you will:

• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have at least 1 years experience working as a Live In Carer
• Possess excellent communication skills, both speaking and writing fluent English
• Be caring, loyal, committed, empathetic, highly reliable and flexible.
• Operate with a person-centred approach
• Ensure the safety of your customer is paramount
