Job Description

Carers required to join a team supporting a very active man (my brother-in-law) living with cerebral palsy with all aspects of daily living including personal care, household chores, a variety of activities & day trips including swimming, and holidays.  Must be able to work as part of a team and independently. Family are fully involved.

Must be:

• Energetic;
• Fun;
• Reliable;
• Focused;
• Flexible; and
• Patient.

Driver essential as a rural location – car provided. 

Carers will work on a cycle of 2-3 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off with some time off during 3 weeks on.  During the day 2:1 care is required to enable activities, going out etc.

No experience necessary, just the right attitude and, due to communication, good spoken English. Full training given by family.  £1250 per week (Self Employed). PVG will be required.
